Providing Unique Formulations for Your Patients' Unique Needs

Our hospice compounding is designed to serve as a supplement to your current pharmacy.  If your pharmacist is unable to compound a medication your patient needs, please contact Innovation Compounding at 800-547-1399.  Innovation will compound and courier the medication directly to the hospice, your patient’s residence, or to a location your nurse specifies. Please note that all compounded medications must be called/faxed by 3:30pm Eastern Time for timely delivery.

In accordance with the GA state board of pharmacy, prescriptions for CII (highly controlled or narcotic meds) can be reconciled via fax for hospice patients.  Innovation will handle the fax as the original prescription.  Verbal orders for CII medications will require a CII fax prior to Innovation shipping the medication product.
