Innovation Compounding Provider of the Year Award – Nominations Now Open

Nominate An Outstanding Healthcare Professional for Innovation Compounding’s Provider of the Year Award

 

This annual award has been created to recognize a healthcare practitioner who, in the previous year, has demonstrated distinguished and extraordinary ingenuity in healthcare. Certain criteria recognized includes employing new treatment strategies to help meet patient health care needs, involving the use of new technologies to increase patient adherence to prescribed therapies, advocates to other stakeholders the need for innovative treatment therapies (compounded or other novel products) to improve the patient’s quality of life.

Eligibility: Any physician or licensed healthcare professional with active privileges. Any employee, patient, physician or volunteer may nominate. Self-nominations are also accepted. Recipients will be selected on the basis of evidence provided by completion of the nomination eligibility criteria.

Award nominations accepted through September 30, 2021.

The recipient of this award will be announced in October of each year.

Winner of the Award will Receive:

• $500 AMEX or VISA Gift Card
• A plaque recognizing his/her dedication to improving patients lives.
• Public recognition via email blasts, social media, and Innovation Compounding’s website.
