A huge congrats to a pair trio of pharmacy compounding champs: Jessica Myers and Kaleasha Piranti of Stanley Specialty Pharmacy in Charlotte, N.C. and Dana Epps of Eagle Pharmacy of Hoover, Ala.
Together they’ve received grants worth almost $1,500 from the Alliance of Pharmacy Compounding’s Pharmacy Compounding Foundation to attend a 15-hour course, “The Ethical, Legal, and Regulatory Foundations of Pharmacy Compounding” offered by Virginia Commonwealth University.
The course will give them some top-notch training to hone in their compounding skills, and it’ll teach them the ins and outs of not just the legal issues, but how to keep their ethical standards at their peak.
Nice job, Jessica and Kaleasha! (Psst: You, too, can take the course — click here for info.)
