Emily Durham started working in compounding pharmacies at the age of 17 years old and now has over 14 years of hands-on compounding experience. She has gained extensive experience in compounding, pharmaceutical sales, and health care delivery during her career. In addition, she has served as a consultant for a pharmaceutical wholesaler, private companies, and physician groups on pharmacy-related topics.
Emily Durham received a Bachelor of Art in Global Health and a Master of Science in Health Care Delivery from Arizona State University. She joined the Innovation team to create a training program for sales representatives and manage our national sales team; and takes a consultative approach to match medical providers to the appropriate product line to meet the patient and practices’ needs.
Her passion and extensive hands-on compounding and clinical experience is a true asset to physicians seeking to grow their practice and increasing patient access to compounded medications. Emily is passionate about advocating for pharmacy technicians and educating pharmacy technicians on advancement opportunities within the pharmacy industry.
In her spare time, Emily enjoys trying new restaurants and traveling with her husband, two children, and Siberian husky.
