Jane Kalichak, RPh
Staff Pharmacist
Jane Kalichak holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from Auburn University (1987). This is where Jane first developed her interest in compounding. Prior to joining the team at Innovation Compounding in 2006, she served in Pharmacist roles for Kaiser Permanente, Wal-Mart Pharmacy, and Miller Compounding. Jane currently serves as a staff pharmacist specializing in sterile compounding.
When away from the pharmacy, Jane enjoys being an active mother to her three school-age children, and is always looking to plan her next vacation with them and her husband.
