Rebecca Emch, PharmD
General Manager
Dr. Rebecca Emch completed her Doctorate in Pharmacy from Mercer University School of Pharmacy in 2014. She was President of the Leadership Society and highly involved in APhA and other student ambassador organizations. She is a Dale Carnegie graduate and prides herself in effective communication and problem-solving.
Rebecca has been working in the compounding industry since 2012 and throughout this time has developed a passion for operations has turned this passion into a career. She has been with Innovation Compounding since February 2020. She serves as the General Manager/Senior Director of Operations at Innovation Compounding and oversees all compounding operations and personnel.
During her free time, she enjoys spending time with her boys and finding new experiences. She loves reading and learning new things and investing in the people surrounding her.
