Robert Erskine, B.S.
Director of Allergy
Robert Erskine received a Bachelors of Science in Microbiology from Texas A&M University and completed 3 years of postgraduate study at Harvard Medical School, Division of Medical Sciences Immunology program. During his career, he has gained extensive experience in the use of allergenic extracts for allergy skin testing and immunotherapy, and he has been invited to lecture at numerous allergy fellowship training programs in the US and Canada.
Robert will lead Innovation Compounding’s full portfolio of allergy products and services, including AllerScripts, a science-based clinical program.
Robert joins Innovation Compounding from Renaissance Bioscience, an independent consulting group providing scientific education and training related to allergy diagnosis and immunotherapy. Prior to that, he was Associate Scientific Director at ALK-Abelló, Inc., where he led the scientific affairs and medical science liaison activities in North America. Robert also has 10 years of laboratory research experience with appointments at University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, Harvard University, and Biogen-Idec.
Robert, his wife Melanie, and daughter Savannah reside in Austin, TX. Robert plays competitive sand volleyball with his wife and he also enjoys the occasional round of golf. Robert is an avid stamp collector and hopes to one day buy some land and grow a small vineyard in the hill country of Central Texas.
