On Oct 1, 2017, 58 victims lost their lives during the shooting on the Route 91 Harvest Festival. In honor of these victims, our good friends Kortney Struempf and Ellen Abramo organized the Las Vegas Portraits project on Facebook in the days immediately following the attack. To commemorate these 58 souls, artists from around the world donated their time and talents to create portraits of each individual. Once the portraits were completed, Innovation Compounding, Inc helped by covering the shipping costs of each portrait to the Nevada State Museum, Las Vegas to prepare the portraits for display.

On Monday, Sept 17, 2018, the Vegas Strong Resiliceny Center and #ClarkCounty debuted an exhibit called “The Las Vegas Portraits Project.” The portraits are displayed in the Rotunda Gallery on the first floor of the Clark County Government Center, 500 Grand Central Parkway in downtown #LasVegas. Crosses that were put up at the “Welcome to Las Vegas” sign to memorialize those who died are also on display. A public reception is scheduled to be held at 6 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 4. The portraits will be given to the family once the display is over.  #VegasStrong #VegasStronger

Innovation Compounding would like to thank the organizers and artists that participated in this event for donating their time and talents in honor of the victims.
