SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Atlanta, GA — We are looking for candidates with strong sales and leadership qualities to be responsible for supporting, managing, and growing current customers in addition to identifying and acquiring organic business opportunities within the given territory.

We are looking for candidates with strong sales and leadership qualities to be responsible for supporting, managing, and growing current customers in addition to identifying and acquiring organic business opportunities within the given territory. Customer support will involve maintaining prescriber/customer satisfaction with a solution mindset, while raising brand awareness and loyalty of Innovation Compounding’s core product lines. Sales representatives are responsible for meeting consistent, quarterly sales objectives. We are seeking candidates with excellent communication skills who are outgoing, personable, and comfortable working in a competitive sales environment.

Primary Job Responsibilities Include:

  • Selling core product lines (women’s and men’s health, weight loss, pain therapy) to Integrated Health practices located within the given territory
  • Organic growth of current customers located within territory by identifying and expanding existing product interest and introducing new product lines
  • Managing current accounts by maintaining relationships
  • Responding to customer inquiries and complaints related but not limited to order status/tracking, pricing information, new product interest, requests for additional information, while working closely with our Account Manager for additional assistance
  • Providing access to Innovation Compounding resources, including coordination of clinical calls with pharmacists as needed or requested by clinical staff, prescribing materials, Prescriber’s Portal access
  • Claiming and following up with physicians who reach out to Innovation regarding core product lines and fall within territory
  • Developing and implementing efficient territory business plan(s)
  • Daily calls with practices to achieve sales quotas, moving practices to “next stages”
  • Documenting all sales activity in sales portal provided by Innovation
  • Sales presentations to customers delivering product information
  • Increasing brand and service awareness throughout territory

Skill Set:

  • Knowledge of pharmacy industry and general economics of pharmacy business
  • Understanding of pharmacy operations and current regulations related to compounding pharmacies
  • Excellent Written & Oral Communication Skills
  • Excellent Organization Skills
  • Thorough & Detail-Oriented Documentation Skills
  • Excellent work ethic, including a personal drive to independently excel
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
  • Problem-solving skills, with a focus on solving customer inquiries while maintaining a positive, customer-oriented demeanor
  • Ability to multi-task while ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner.

Evaluation of Job Performance Includes:

  • Meeting all sales objectives
  • Customer retention and upgrades, expanding prescribing potential to other therapeutic lines
  • New customer acquisitions and growth
  • Maintaining a positive and encouraging work environment and interaction with colleagues, internally and externally

Experience:

  • Sales: 3 years
  • Pharmacy Compounding: 2 years
  • Outside Sales: 1 year

Preferred Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or Life Science
  • 3-5 years sales experience, 2 years of pharmacy compounding experience, or combination of both
  • Proficient in PC/Mac, including Microsoft Office applications
  • Must live within territory

Job Types: Full-time, Commission

Base Salary: $35,000-$45,000/year

Commission: $25,000+/year
