HOW DO I REGISTER
FOR E-PRESCRIBING?
The Prescriber Portal is a brand-new platform that combines all your needs onto a single, easy-to- use website! During sign-up, we will need a unique/individual email address to verify your login information.
If prescribers would like to authorize an “agent” to submit medications on their behalf, please complete an Agent Authorization Form. Each agent will have their own login information, while the prescriber will be able to oversee their ordering activity from their own portal.
Since some features are only accessible to licensed prescribers in good standing and their authorized agents, Innovation Compounding will need to verify prescribers’ NPI and DEA numbers.
If you are already using e-Prescribing, no additional action is required. Please continue to enjoy our new system!
